Hello, and thank you for visiting our website! We are Joey and Beth Spivey, and we'd love to share the story of how we found our little slice of paradise at Madeira Beach.

Our journey to owning this charming beach house began about five years ago when we first visited Madeira Beach. Friends of ours had purchased a home there, and after experiencing the stunning beauty and serene vibe of the area, we were immediately captivated. Our annual visits quickly turned into a heartfelt desire to make Madeira Beach our home away from home.

When our friends mentioned they were selling, we began our search for the perfect beach retreat. As luck would have it, a house just two doors down went on the market while we were in town. We seized the opportunity, made an offer, and soon it was ours!

It wasn't all smooth sailing, though. Just two weeks after our purchase, Hurricane Helene struck, leaving 4 feet of water in its wake and devastating our new home. Despite the setback, we remained determined. With our own resources and a lot of hard work, we spent the next five months lovingly restoring the house piece by piece.

Today, our beach house stands more beautiful and inviting than ever. We are thrilled to offer it as a vacation rental, so others can experience the magic of Madeira Beach and create unforgettable memories, just like we have.
